Aby se n\u00e1sledky stresu zm\u00edrnili a nedo\u0161lo k \u00fapln\u00e9mu vyho\u0159en\u00ed uplat\u0148uj\u00ed se tzv. copingov\u00e9 strategie.&#13; N\u00e1zev poch\u00e1z\u00ed z anglick\u00e9ho slovesa to cope, jeho\u017e v\u00fdznam se d\u00e1 do \u010de\u0161tiny p\u0159elo\u017eit jako \u201ezvl\u00e1dnout\u201c. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sloveso ch\u00e1peme jako schopnost vypo\u0159\u00e1dat se s obt\u00ed\u017enou situac\u00ed. Copingov\u00fdch strategi\u00edch je mnoho a stejn\u011b tak maj\u00ed mnoh\u00e1 rozd\u011blen\u00ed. V odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e se strategie nej\u010dast\u011bji d\u011bl\u00ed na \u201estrategie zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu\u201c a na \u201estrategie zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed emoc\u00ed\u201c. Uvedeme si p\u0159\u00edklady z obou t\u011bchto kategori\u00ed.&#13; &#13; Kontrola situace&#13; Tato strategie je uk\u00e1zkov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem strategi\u00ed, zam\u0159en\u00fdch na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu. Jedinec se b\u011bhem n\u00ed sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edskat kontrolu nad situac\u00ed pomoc\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed krok\u016f: 1) anal\u00fdza aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace, 2) opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed stavu a 3) aktivn\u00ed z\u00e1sah do situace neboli u\u010din\u011bn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situace.&#13; Kontrola reakc\u00ed&#13; Tato strategie je p\u0159\u00edkladem strategi\u00ed, orientovan\u00fdch na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed emoc\u00ed. Je zam\u011b\u0159ena na sebekontrolu. Prvn\u00edm krokem je v\u017edy za\u010d\u00edt vn\u00edmat sv\u00e9 reakce, analyzovat je a teprve pot\u00e9 se p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed k jejich zm\u011bn\u011b.&#13; Rozptyluj\u00edc\u00ed strategie&#13; Tato strategie se zam\u011b\u0159uje na prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jedince posiluj\u00ed anebo mu dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee je schopen ovliv\u0148ovat b\u011bh ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. Mezi takov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti m\u016f\u017ee pat\u0159it nap\u0159\u00edklad sport. Podstatou t\u00e9to strategie je rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed, a tud\u00ed\u017e odpo\u010dinek od negativn\u00edch pocit\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee dan\u00e1 \u010dinnost pos\u00edlit sebed\u016fv\u011bru jedince a t\u00edm mu pomoci se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdmi situacemi.&#13; &#13; Strategie podhodnocen\u00ed&#13; Tato strategie je soust\u0159ed\u011bna na z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 podhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00ed reakce na stres a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdznamnosti a hrozivosti stresoru. Tato strategie by m\u011bla subjektu pomoci zachovat chladnou hlavu a nenechat se ovlivnit negativn\u00edmi emocemi.&#13; Mezi copingov\u00e9 strategie ale nepat\u0159\u00ed jen ty, kter\u00e9 jsou lidem prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, a proto je t\u0159eba si d\u00e1vat pozor, jak\u00e9 z nich, t\u0159eba i nev\u011bdom\u011b, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. Riskantn\u00ed a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 strategie se ozna\u010duj\u00ed malcoping a m\u016f\u017eou mezi n\u011b pat\u0159it nap\u0159\u00edklad \u00fanikov\u00e9 tendence. Jde o rezigna\u010dn\u00ed tendence, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch se \u010dlov\u011bk sna\u017e\u00ed uniknout sv\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Tento proces \u010dasto zahrnuje u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu, tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a l\u00e9k\u016f. T\u00edm se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e1 situace nejen prodlu\u017euje, ale tak\u00e9 je st\u00e1le t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed se vr\u00e1tit do optim\u00e1ln\u00edho stavu. D\u00e1le mezi tyto \u0161kodliv\u00e9 strategie pat\u0159\u00ed i rezignace a sebeobvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.&#13; Jak vid\u00edte, mnoho copingov\u00fdch strategi\u00ed lid\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, ani\u017e by o tom v\u011bd\u011bli.
